Safe Return: Any unused materials are securely sealed and returned to you in their entirety.
Premium Quality: I use professional-grade resin and source my components from premium jewelry manufacturers, to ensure the piece I create for you is of the best quality.

Your privacy and trust are incredibly important to me. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your order and will never be shared or kept beyond your current transaction. To ensure your financial information is fully protected, all online payments are securely processed through a trusted third-party platform: Wix payments.

I also accept Direct E-Transfers—if you choose this option, we will set up a secure password together via Messenger to complete the transfer safely.

What Happens After Your Order Is Placed

I will reach out to you via email to confirm that your payment was successfully received. Once your inclusions are received, I will send another email to provide you with a clear timeline of when you can expect your custom pet memorial jewelry to be completed.

I love sharing the beautiful jewelry I create, but I value your privacy and heart during a time of loss above all else.

Your Privacy First: I will always ask for your explicit permission before sharing any personal stories or details on my website or social media. I never use last names or share posts from your personal pages without your consent.
Anonymity by Request: While Kindred Resin by Design retains the rights to all photographs and may post photos that I take of the finished jewelry pieces, I am more than happy to keep the post completely anonymous. If you prefer that no identifying details or dedication information be shared alongside the photo of your piece, just let me know.
